How to request a refund
Email hello@tibaris.com with your order number and reason. Once approved, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Returns
For hygiene reasons you do not need to ship opened skincare back to us. For unopened items we may provide a return address — please contact us before sending anything back.
